Refund Policy
At Ada Masonry LLC, we are committed to providing expert bricklaying
services that showcase true craftsmanship. We want all our customers to be fully satisfied
with the work we perform. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds
may be issued and the steps to follow if a refund is needed. By using our services, you
agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, which complies with U.S. consumer protection laws.
1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with the brickwork or masonry services provided, please contact
us within 7 days of completion to discuss your concerns.
- We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide corrective services or a partial
refund for the work that did not meet the agreed-upon standards.
- Refunds will be considered if there is a clear issue with the quality of the work or a
failure to meet the expectations outlined in the service agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may only be issued if the work provided was not in accordance with the service
agreement, or if there was an error on our part regarding the scope or quality of the
bricklaying services.
- To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of service

- If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original
method of payment within 10 business days.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least
48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a
25% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued if the customer changes their mind after services have been
rendered or if they are dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to the quality of the work
performed.
- Refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed according to the service
agreement, but the customer chooses to alter or change the original project.
- We do not provide refunds for situations where the work was performed correctly, but
external factors, such as pre-existing conditions or weather, affected the final result.
